The goats and sheep that do our brush-grazing jobs also produce some lean, powerful protein! We usually have ground goat and lamb available, and occasionally specialty cuts like racks or legs, and some sausage.

Our herd of dairy goats is in production from roughly February through September. Raw (filtered but unpasteurized) milk is available during those times, and a limited amount of frozen milk will be available over the winter. Bulk discounts may be available.

We raised a pair of feeder pigs in the fall of 2022 and still have some bacon, roasts, and sausage left!
