Kid sales: formal reservations are not taken and no money is required until an animal is born. If there is a breeding you’re interested in, or a particular breed or type of kid you’re interested in, we encourage you to reach out and let us know. Once kids are born, we reserve the right to retain any kids born or to refuse sale for any reason, including kids not meeting our expectations of health and quality.
- A note on bucklings: we rarely retain bucklings beyond a few days of age and may not even identify them after birth, unless we know in advance that we (or a potential buyer) want a specific breeding. Reach out well in advance of kidding if you are interested in a buck from a specific breeding.
Older animals: we occasionally offer dry yearlings, milking does, and mature bucks. Interested potential buyers are welcome to reach out at any point, if they want to be notified of older animals that become available.

Once the determination is made to offer an animal for sale, we will reach out to any interested parties in order that interest was expressed. A response is required within two days or we will move on to the next person on the list. At this point we will almost always require a deposit to hold the animal, and a plan to be made for pickup or delivery. Generally we ask for pickup to be arranged within 2-3 weeks, or boarding fees may be assessed. We are happy to work with transporters and sometimes can offer transport ourselves.
