Our chickens forage during the day, nibbling grass and weeds, catching insects, and helping control pests and parasites for the other livestock. They are supplemented with locally-milled chicken feed, the occasional table scraps, and waste milk and whey.

We allow our meat birds (chickens and turkeys) as much pasture and foraging as we can manage, while ensuring their nutritional needs are met with supplemental feed.
Turkeys (~18-27lb) $5/lb
Fryer chickens (3-5lb) $20
Roaster chickens (8+lb) $3/lb
Highland-Angus cross cows are a nice mix of size, hardiness, and flavor. Our cows are nearly 100% grass-fed and finished, getting the occasional offering of grain or "cow cookies" to supplement winter hay.
Beef is available by the whole, half, or quarter. Contact us for price details and to reserve your beef.
We are SOLD OUT for 2021 beef but will have one steer processed in fall 2022.
Our weed-munching herds are almost exclusively fed on brush, weeds, and pasture during the summer, and hay plus supplemental grains in the winter. We feel they're some of the happiest animals on the planet and produce some of the most eco-friendly meat available.

If our weed-eating goats didn't clear the poison ivy before you got the rash, we can still help! We combined our own goat milk, locally-raised lard, natural citrus frangrances, and jewelweed - a native plant known for its ability to soothe and heal poison ivy rashes.
Lather up if you've been exposed to poison ivy (tip - use cold water at first to rinse the irritating oil off before it absorbs into your skin) or if you've already got the itch.
Limited batch availability at AMTC Co-Op or direct from the farm! $9/bar, 5.5oz
